Car order process
According to your preference in Grade, Color, Interior Color and options we check for the next available car. If a car is available in stock, we can reserve it for 7 days. You will need to confirm your purchase within 7 days. The car can be prepared for shipment within 3 weeks and will then be shipped to your destination = This means 2-3 months waiting time.
If such a car is not available right now but is expected to arrive to factory stock soon, we can reserve it for you. Depending on the estimated time of arrival + 2 months handling & shipping time = You can expect 3-5 months waiting time.
Certain car models such as Lexus 450h or special combinations of colors and options will require custom factory order. If we place a factory order the average production time is about 3 months + 2 months handling & shipping time = expect 5 months waiting time.
Payment process
To confirm an order you need to pay at least 10% deposit of the CIF Price to our account.
Once the car is ready to ship, you need to pay the remaining balance.
Once paid in full, the vehicle will be shipped to your port of destination.
The sailing time is usually 3-6 weeks depending on the destination.
